IND1 Login Guide – Sign In on Android in 15 Seconds

The complete IND1 Login guide for 2026. OTP sign-in, password reset, multi-device access, security best practices, and troubleshooting the most common login errors.

How IND1 Login works

IND1 uses a mobile-first login system. Your registered Indian mobile number is your username; a one-time SMS OTP is your primary authentication factor. Optionally you can set a password for backup access. There is no email verification and no username / handle to remember — the whole login flow is designed to take about 15 seconds on a modern Android phone.

Step-by-step: log in to IND1

  1. Open the installed IND1 app on your Android phone.
  2. Tap Login on the welcome screen.
  3. Enter the 10-digit Indian mobile number used at IND1 Register.
  4. Choose OTP (recommended) or Password.
  5. Enter the six-digit SMS OTP — on Android 12+ it auto-fills.
  6. You are now signed in; the home screen loads with your wallet balance.

Password login as backup

The password path is useful when SMS is delayed. Tap Login with password instead of OTP, enter the password set during IND1 Register, and you are in. Passwords must be at least 8 characters and mix letters and numbers.

Reset a forgotten password

  1. Tap Forgot password on the login screen.
  2. Enter your registered mobile number.
  3. Verify the OTP.
  4. Type a new password twice and confirm.
  5. Log in with the new password.

Multi-device policy

IND1 allows one active session per account for security reasons. Signing in on a second phone automatically logs out the first. If you use both a personal and a work phone, expect to enter the OTP again each time you switch devices.

Staying logged in safely

  • Enable Android screen lock so nobody else can open the app.
  • Never share OTPs with anyone — IND1 will never ask for them.
  • Log out from shared or public phones after playing.
  • Turn on transaction SMS alerts so you spot unauthorised activity fast.

Common IND1 Login errors

  • OTP not received: confirm carrier signal; wait 60 s and tap Resend; try again after 3 attempts using Password login.
  • "Invalid OTP": the code expired — request a fresh one.
  • "Number not registered": you may not have completed IND1 Register. Sign up first.
  • Session expired: normal after long inactivity — simply log in again.
  • App keeps kicking me out: update to the latest APK.

How to log out

  1. Open the profile menu at the top-right of the home screen.
  2. Scroll to Settings.
  3. Tap Log out and confirm.

What to do if your account is compromised

If you receive an OTP you did not request, or notice unfamiliar activity in the wallet history, immediately:

  1. Reset your password via the Forgot password flow.
  2. Log out of every device.
  3. Contact IND1 Customer Care with the details.
  4. Review your recent UPI transactions in your UPI app.
